I have a contract of a great house that will end on July/2010. The house's got three double rooms, living room that is rented as a single, one WC, one bathroom, kitchen. In a nutshell the house is great and it's located in a great area close to Kensal Green and Kensal Rise Station.
As I need to go back to my country I'm looking for a person that want to replace myself on the contract. The advantage of doing that is how all the rooms is rented the responsible for the house almost don't pay nothing to live in it. So you will have the best room of the house with own balcony without paying almost nothing.
To be possible to so you need to be legal in UK once the contract is with an agency and you need to proof that you have conditions to pay the rent. The good things is that you can add two or four people in the contract to sum all the wages to proof that the tenancy rent will be paid. About the amount that you need to have is one month of deposit, one month of rent that is paid in advance (just the first month because the others you are not going to pay because the others rooms pay it for you) and about £ 500.00 that is for all furniture (that value three times more) and bills that is paid until next year such as water, tv licence etc. You can save more than £ 500.00 of rent monthly and you can renew the contract when it ends next year.
