Abbey Support is a small IT out sourcing company looking to hire a Graduate calibre Trainee Support Engineer, to assist in the administration of the company’s business processes and learn support skills.

Our customers generally have Microsoft Windows Servers and PCs. You will have a keen sense of business, great interpersonal skills and a thirst for knowledge. You will have assembled your own PC at some time in the past and be current about the latest developments in the PC/Server world. Candidates that have some previous relevant work experience and a driving license will have an advantage. Graduates from Russell Group of Universities favoured.
Basic computer knowledge especially TCP/IP is essential.

In addition to learning new technical skills, you will learn how to purchase and administer customer accounts. Starting salary £18k rising to £20k on completion of 6 months probation. With 6 monthly salary reviews.
