The flat is situated 10mn walk to the Thames and 15mn walk to Richmond park.
It's on two levels; on the ground floor there is a brand new kitchen, large separate living and dinning room with balcony and plenty of sun (facing south-west)
and the top floor is divided between three dbl bedrooms and a large bathroom
There are good transport links: 5mn by bus to Putney, 10mn by bus to Hammersmith and 10mn walk to Barnes station.

Nice dbl room with large wardrobe, desk, and bedside table facing south-west. It's available for £100 pw including all bills (i.e. council tax, water, gas, elec, and broadband ). Private landlord so no fees.

A bit about us,
We are a couple and one guy all professionals in our mid 20s who like to spend time in the flat together and also go out for drinks but we respect each others privacy so looking for someone like minded, who is looking for a home more than a flat share and ideally 3 months mini.
