Girl/Boy Friday sought for an internet company. We sell via our own website and via Amazon.

Tasks include
- booking couriers via the internet
- picking and packing orders
- printing off courier labels and manifests
- emailing customers when goods are dispatched
- undertaking stock take at the end of each month
- when goods arrive into the warehouse, checking to ensure that they have not arrived damaged and that the delivery note matches the Purchase Order
- unpacking delivered goods onto the correct shelves
- ensuring the warehouse/packing are is kept clean and clear

You may also be required to answer telephones, deal with customers, do filing and generally mucking in with whatever the day might throw at you.

- Have excellent interpersonal skills and a good telephone manner.
- Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work well with limited supervision.
- Like dogs as there is a dog in the office.
- Punctuality, honesty and reliability are key.
- Be physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying.
- You will certainly be kept busy & must be prepared to work hard!

Ideally you will live in South East London - i.e. so travelling to work is not a problem e.g. in Deptford, Greenwich, Brockley, Blackheath, Lewisham, New Cross & Bermondsey, St Johns.

Parking is available.

We are 100 yards from Deptford rail station and approx.10 mins walk from Deptford DLR.

Hours:
We are looking for someone to work 2 days a week.
The warehouse is open between 10am - 6pm Monday - Friday.
