Working closely with other members of the administrative team, you will have specific responsibility for providing efficient and effective administrative support for the Education and support services (E&SS) team, including supporting the administration of workshops, conferences and events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in providing the administrative support for the E&SS Department, to include:
* Preparing, formatting, assembling, distributing, recording and archiving event documentation for conferences, workshops and events
* Presenting information through the use of word processing, spreadsheets, database, web-based systems and presentation computer packages [e.g. MS Office, Outlook etc]
* Accurately processing and logging all delegate registration and evaluation forms
* Dealing with email correspondence and telephone enquiries for all programmes of work
* Liaising with colleagues and others regarding project meetings and arrangements
* Preparing rooms for education and training events, paying due attention to health and safety requirements
* Packing and unpacking boxes of training resources and equipment for conferences and events
* Data entry for ad hoc projects, including of competency feedback and questionnaires
* Maintaining and compiling statistical and other information on all aspects of projects
* Collating evaluation feedback to produce evaluation reports
* Placing stationary orders for the team and ensuring adequate stock levels
* Updating the intranet and internet, ensuring content is up-to-date
* Developing and maintaining basic office procedures and updating
the team.
