Business Support Specialist required for automotive team
Business Support Specialist (BSS)
Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
£18,000 + £3,000 OTE per annum
arvato loyalty services are a leading full service relationship marketing agency based in Twickenham. We are experts in creating and delivering complete customer experiences such as data management, contact centre, fulfillment loyalty and membership programmes & work with a number of well know clients to deliver bespoke solutions.
We are currently looking for a Business Support Specialist to join one of our well established automotive teams.
As a Business Support Specialist you will:
• Proactive prospect and develop relationships and opportunities within the B2B sector.
• Be responsible for the proactive management of the dealer team in achievement of their objectives ensuring service standards are not compromised.
• Have individual responsibility and ownership for both key prospect accounts and the Fleet Specialist Dealers within their territory.
• Work closely with the Fleet Specialist Dealers and Client to play an active role to ensure that new ideas are cultivated and best practice is established within specific territories.
• Support local area marketing strategies with the provision of relevant, timely and insight led management information in order to target activity.
• Look to maximize opportunities for FSDs and ensure customers are visited where appropriate.
• Proactively update and develop the client database to include actively developing the databases within FSD territories and sectors.
What you would bring to the role is:
• Highly motivated, customer focused and commercially aware Sales or Account Management professional
• Ability to demonstrate and prove a successful track record in proactive development of client relationships, in a competitive environment.
• Excellent listening, communication and problem solving skills
• A strong understanding of the sales process and the principles of service quality.
• Ability to work independently, take decisions appropriately and demonstrate practical application of knowledge.
• A self-starter with a positive mental attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to take responsibility for own performance.
• A competent PC user with good working knowledge of Outlook / Excel / Word / etc.
• Experience of Fleet Sales would be beneficial.
• Pursues everything with energy, drive and the need to finish, seldom gives up before finishing, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks.
• Is personally committed to and actively works to continuously improve him/herself; a relentless and versatile learner; open to change; analyses both successes and failures for clue to improvement; enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and quality awareness.
