We’re a small and client focused consultancy, with a passion for delivering exceptional technical services to small businesses and professionals.

Our aim is to provide our clients with the range of services that they would receive from an IT Department in a large business. These range from offering advice and guidance on emerging technologies to more traditional support and problem solving. This can be across almost any technology area, from servers, PCs and PDAs to websites, email and mobile working.

We’re different from your average group of geeks. We provide advice and support in plain English and we promise not to baffle our clients with technospeak; even our invoices are transparent and easy to understand!

If so, we are looking for technicians now with the following skills and characteristics:

• Exceptional Customer Service mindset along with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem solving techniques combined with proven analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
• Genuine self starter as you will often be working independently and without direct supervision
• Real World experience in supporting and using Windows XP and Vista, all flavours of MS Office and other core Windows applications. Experience of Windows Server is beneficial but not essential

The successful candidate must be flexible, with the ability to learn quickly on the job and be able to apply common sense and logic.
