Store Manager

If you are an experienced retail professional with the hunger and ambition to develop your career in retail management, this role offers you a unique opportunity to make a difference to the running of a well-known international retailer.

As a Store Manager you will join a comprehensive and structured in-store training programme where you will start by learning from and working with experienced managers. You’ll be given responsibility from day one and help to expand your commercial know-how, people development and leadership skills. Good managers are the driving force behind our stores, and with our guidance and your enthusiasm we will make you a success.

With your practical hands-on approach to store operations, as a Store Manager, you will achieve excellent customer satisfaction and store performance by leading, guiding and managing your team. You will also be responsible for maximising the sales within your store along with controlling costs, cash and inventory results.

To succeed, you’ll have previous retail and store experience, along with a motivated and proactive approach. With an eye for detail and your excellent people skills, you will be a leader who can influence and inspire.

Successful candidates will receive a market leading salary, earning up to £40,000 pa. You will also receive an exclusive benefits package.
