Does anyone know Victor?

His full name is Victor Leonard Campbell, he is 34, from Scotland but lives in London.

He is about 5'5, bald, blue eyes, covered in tattoos.

If anyone know his whereabouts, do please make him aware that Sandra has been looking for him everywhere since she last saw him on Oxford St., about 2 years ago and that The Salvation Army has her records and file that she started on missing persons looking for him so he should contact them and they should give him her contact details or e-mail her directly at: sandra_silva6@hotmail.com
