SENIOR FUNCTIONS ASSISTANT

CALIBRE INTERNATIONAL is one of London's leading providers of recruitment services to the hospitality industry. One of our clients is currently seeking an experienced SENIOR FUNCTIONS ASSISTANT with knowledge and experience gained in hospitality industry.

Ideal candidate is customer focused a true leader who will serve with a high standard as recorded in the SOP manuals in fine dining events and keep staff organized when helping on other events.
Candidates will need at least 2 years experience in a similar capacity with the ability to provide an efficient and professional service at all times, also excellent customer service skills with training in bar work, waiting (a la carte, fine dining and functions plate service) and the ability to assist in all area of the front of house service.
Other duties and responsibilities will be making and serving tea & coffee to rooms through out the building at the time specified on the tea & coffee board when required, assisting in the cafe bar and brassiere when required, assist the supervision of functions as required and to ensure that all temporary staff work within the guidelines as stated in the temporary staff leaflet.
