We are looking for a Sales Manager who has a proven sales management background, and able to motivate a small team of staff to exceed sales targets, and drive business forward.

Our client is a chain of leisure facilities in the South West London area, and we are seeking a Sales Manager to look after the membership sales in one of the sites.

This role will be very hands on - leading by example, and demonstrating the ability to manage and sell. However, as Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the achievement of sales targets; therefore mentoring and training of the Sales Consultants, and implementing procedures and accurate reporting, will be of paramount importance.

To be considered for a Sales Manager, we are seeking candidates who have a successful sales background. Coming from a health and fitness background would be ideal, however not essential. A passion for fitness is a must.

This role will be ideal for an exceptional current Senior Sales Consultant who needs a greater challenge or is looking for the next step.

Sales Manager salary: £18,000 + £5k Commission
