A major Luxury Designer outlet based at Gatwick Airport is looking for an experienced Store Manager from within a specialist retail environment who has a solid background of selling high value merchandise and exclusive products.

Exceptional presentational and customer service skills, together with experience of high spending and dealing with exclusive clientele within a heavily targeted fashion retail environment is essential.

You must be able to demonstrate the following key Responsibilities & Tasks:

Manage the Profit and Loss for the store.

Have the ability to drive sales and manage the sales force of the store.

Manage all aspects of the sales process within the store environment.

Recruit, interview and train staff. Ensure all staff maintain a pro-active selling style and apply a professional sales approach with all customers.

Act as a role model to create an environment of trust, integrity and team orientation within the store. Demonstrate highest level of customer service standards and selling techniques, monitor sales, coach, motivate and develop staff performance.

Conduct performance appraisals and set long term goals and KPI’s for the team
