We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join a Propert Management Company based in Wembley.

We require someone who has had at least 1 years experience of managing front of house within a medium sized office.

Good Communications skills at corporate level are essential as the successful applicant will be answering phones, Meeting and Greeting Visitors to the premises and speaking to various types of Clientele so must be presentable. Good PC skills are essential as there is also Database work to assist with the Day to Day functions of the office. The right person needs to be able to manage their own work load and be able to pick up and assist in any other work they may be required of them.

DUTIES ARE AS FOLLOWS

Open post in morning and distribute accordingly - Tenants and in-house
Prepare post for collection in the evening
Ensure sufficient postage in post machine and dial-up when running low. Let accounts know when this is done to ensure they make correct payment of the same
Answer telephone calls and distribute appropriately
Update database cards when necessary
Update phone lists (where appropriate) for internal staff
Maintain holiday / sick records files
Meet and greet clients / offer refreshments etc.
Order office stationery / water / copier supplies for office, making sure accounts have a copy order for payment purposes
Order Couriers when necessary / write out relevant order for accounts
Notify the Registrars of any change of addresses / new info. Clients
Occasionally help with the preparation for AGM
First port of call for tenants queries / complaints. If can handle do so, if not refer management
General management of the commercial tenants concerns within parts of the building sublet
Take utilities meter readers to appropriate meter areas
Book restaurants / venues etc. when appropriate
