We are a couple in our 30s and we have a 3 year old girl and a 20 month old boy and we are looking for a live-in mothers help starting immediately.

We need a girl with a lot of experience looking after small children. Mother works as a freelancer, so is out of the house ca 2 days a week and also works from home a lot. It is therefore VERY IMPORTANT that you are comfortable with being left in sole charge of the kids.

JOB LENGTH:
1 year +. We would like a comittment of at least one year, because I hate to see the kids getting attached to someone and then having to say goodbye again and again.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We need someone who does a little bit of everything: take kids to nursery, playgroups and other activites, play with them, help with meal and bath/bedtime, tidy the house, do ironing, help in kitchen.

WORKING HOURS:
Ca 40 hours, Monday to Friday. That would include 2 nights of babysitting per week (one of those 2 nights would be on the weekend). You'd be off Saturday and Sunday. Cleaning and ironing etc would take up ca 2-3 hours of your time a day.

PAY:
We'd like to start with £120 a week with potential for a raise in the future.

ACCOMODATION:
We live in a house in Edgware, Middlesex, only a 40 minute tube ride away from the centre of London. You would have your own room and share a bathroom with the kids (although they hardly use the bathroom at this young age). We would provide you with Internet access, Sky TV etc.

DRIVERS LICENCE a plus but not necessary

GERMAN SPEAKING again not necessary, but would be great since we raise the kids bilingual

ABOUT US:
We are a warm, fun loving family. The kids are very gentle, sweet and easy to get along with. We are not looking for a servant. We want a happy, outgoing girl who will become part of the family.
