1 bedroom flat in Little Venice (Maida Vale W9)

In a low-rise, very green and peaceful estate. On top (4th) floor with lift.
Large balcony, very light, south facing flat with tons of storage space.
The area is ideal, lovely canal walk (Little Venice), buses (6, 414, 187) right outside the building, Warwick Avenue station is 2 minutes' walk away, many cafes nearby, very popular residential area.

I have been living in this flat for 6 years and I love it. I will be sad to leave but my daughter is getting older and I need more space.

I am looking for a 2 bedroom flat, ideally I'd love to stay local but I realise it's highly unlikely so I'm open to areas, though the closer the better. My daughter attends the local school and I do not want to move her if I can help it. In an ideal world I'd love some outdoor space, or at least a balcony.
