Hey guys,
After searching a room in a warehouse-flatshare, I just got the idea to organize a new warehouse flatshare. Now I'm searching for some other persons (3-4) who would be interested in a big project of converting a warehouse into a cosy flatshare. I just found a 1000sft warehouse in Manorhouse (there is a warehouse-flat village with many artist and a great party area). That would be a 400-500pcm rent for each one. including bills.
There could be a big lounge/work space and a room for every one. There is a kitchen and a bathroom in already.
