My client is looking for an accounts payable clerk to join their busy team asap to assist with the busy Christmas season.

The role is to start on Monday and is based in the heart of London.

Temp (ongoing) £13 per hour

Duties include
Responsible for daily processing of incoming invoices.
Ensure Invoices are coded correctly.
Matching Invoices against purchase orders
Distribute invoices to the organisation requesting re-charge confirmation.
Reconciliation of suppliers accounts
Liaising with suppliers and Business centres to resolve any issues.
Effective planning and organising of time and tasks in line with needs of the Account Payable.
Assist in month end reporting, and reconciliation to Nominal Ledger
Responsible for the development of effective relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
Other Adhoc Duties required by the business

The candidate:
Experienced in Accounts Payable
Experienced in working under pressure
Experienced in working within an accounts payable function (desirable not essential)
