We are looking for a nanny for our twins starting the first week of January 2010. They will be 10 months old and are set into a good routine (Gina Ford), which we want to continue following. They are a boy and a girl and are very different and of course we think that they are good little things. They are both inquisitive and will need mental stimulation and teaching as well as normal looking after.

More than qualifications, we are looking for experience with toddlers, someone who is enthusiastic and energetic and can instil discipline. You would also need to cook healthy meals (for the twins only), and take them regularly to the nearby parks and playgroups.

Usual live out hours would be 8.30 am to 6.30 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We will also need to know about any planned holidays well in advance, and we would ask that you take them when we do if at all possible.

We are 5 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane tube (Piccadilly Line). We live in a four bedroom house with a south facing garden with fruit trees. Live in Nannies will have their own double room on the third floor with a large bathroom on the same floor. The bathroom would need to be shared with the twins as this is the biggest bathroom in the house and is the easiest for bath times.

We have a cleaner once a week for the overall house cleaning but naturally you would need to clean up after yourself and the babies as you go along.

The role would involve the following:-

• Childcare for 2 children (10 months old) 8.30am -6.30pm (live out) Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri
• Occasional evenings/weekend babysitting (with prior arrangement)
• We can offer a live in or live out position
• Good English required
• Childcare experience with good references
• Full Visa/Work permit for a minimum of a year
• Must be 22 years old or more
• CRB check and certificate required
• Non Smoker
• First-aid training preferred
• Must be in the UK already and be available for immediate interview
• Working with twins desireable
• OFSTED registration desireable
