We are looking at letting our double room from 1st December 2009. This is a fun social house with a mixed breed of housemates: New Zealand, Australian and English. We are looking for similar people with similar backgrounds.
The house is clean and large with a massive lounge, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and 4 bedrooms. There is a washing machine, large and small fridge, small chest freezer, wireless Internet and other kitchen appliances.
To keep the numbers even we would prefer a male in his late 20's. If this sounds like you, please reply by email registering your interest and contact number, as we will be taking interviews in November.

The Room:
346 pm + Bills (We estimate about 50 quid per month for bills)
To move in you will have to pay up front 1st months rent of 346 to landlord + 346 Bond to the occupier of the room. This will be paid prior to the 1st December.
The room has a double bed, 2 wardrobes (one with draws), 2 small draws and a desk.
