The properties are located in the beautiful and unspoilt Kaya Valley near to the town of Fethiye. The Kaya Valley is a tranquil and relaxing area but only a short distance away from Hisaronu, Olu Deniz and other locations with a full range of attractions and stunning beaches.

There are two self-catering properties for holiday rental set in a large rural garden. A two bedroom house which can cater for up to six people and a detached cottage which can cater for two adults and two young children. Both properties are fully air conditioned.

The house has two large bedrooms, the first has twin beds and the second has a double bed with access to a private balcony with spectacular views over the valley and the mountains. The house has two bathrooms equipped with showers and WC's, situated on the ground floor and first floor. Downstairs there is a large open plan, fully equipped kitchen/living room which leads onto the large terrace on the front of the property. There is a large seating area on the terrace with a BBQ. Inside the house there is a T.V/DVD player for your entertainment.

The cottage - has a large open plan living space, with twin beds and a double sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom/ shower room The living area opens out onto a private terrace with picturesque views across the valley to the deserted 'ghost town' for which the valley is particularly well known.

Both properties have linen and towels provided and fuels are also included in the price.
You have full access to a beautiful swimming pool, at the neighbouring property of Misafir Evi.

There are lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance that offer a range of food at good prices.

The owner will be on hand to welcome you on arrival and give you any information you require about the area.
