The main purpose of the role is to maximise growing opportunities across a dynamic, evolving market place and build on existing reputation as a leading provider of financial products/services.
Each Regional Sales Centre is targeted to exceed specific regional sales targets by maximising the new business potential in the area in line with the Company's overall visions, strategies and objectives while providing a market leading service to all IFAs.

The Senior Sales Consultant role is critical to building strong and mutually profitable relationships with IFA's.
You are required to work consistently and very closely with your panel of IFAs acting in an advisory, support and total account management basis thus the impact of no Consultant calling on the firm would be felt very quickly and without this strong business relationship, the IFA would start to place business with other Companies.
Senior Sales Consultants will report to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) but will work closely with the Sales Development Manager (SDM) on a daily basis. It is likely that SDMs and senior consultants will work together on key accounts (whether red or otherwise) to execute Key Account plans and ensure Regional Plan goals are achieved.
Targets, panels and the majority of sales focus are decided by the management team - Senior Consultants will support all plans and provide regular feedback on campaign progress etc and any other relevant information for the Region's monthly narrative.

You will need to have FULL FPC or equivalent with a solid knowledge of the IFA marketplace.

£25,000 - £35,000 Basic + OTE uncapped + Car/Allowance + Benefits package
