GBP 11,000 - 18,000 Per Annum Plus Bonus, Medical and Tickets

This successful and well-established courier company, based in Dubai, are urgently looking to recruit a qualified teacher of English to improve English language and customer service skills amongst their employees. The role will entail full responsibility for delivering English as a foreign language courses to up to 1700 employees of various nationalities. There will also be some involvement in work-based training such as ‘Train the Trainer’ and the successful candidate will be expected to develop their own training tools, resources and course content.

Applicants must be either fully qualified English teachers, or hold a TEFL or similar qualification with a minimum of five years teaching experience. Additional experience of delivering work-based training would be a distinct advantage. Candidates must be self-motivated, able to work independently as well as in a small team, and be familiar with working with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.
