The Company:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a rapidly growing niche business! My client is currently recruiting for a fluent speaker of at least one language out of Finnish, Swedish, Danish or Norwegian, PLUS one other EU language (Polish or Italian would be ideal to work initially on a temporary basis as a claims administrator for their offices in North London for an immediate start.

The Role:

-Handling a backlog of representations made by parking contraveners from within Scandinavia

-This means that the successful candidate will be instructed which rules are valid for each client the company operates for and they should thereafter, be able to respond to the contraveners, either accepting or rejecting the appeals, by email, letter or fax.

-Most of the responses will be made by using standard letters but some adjustments need to be made in order to fully respond to the original
representation.

Candidate Profile:

The suitable candidate for the role must be able to speak AND write either Finnish, Swedish, Danish or Norwegian to native level or equivalent, with one other EU language (eg Polish or Italian)
Candidates will need to be diligent workers, with an excellent eye for detail, quality and accuracy in their work.
Experience in an administrative and/or claims handling environment is highly advantageous, although training will be provided in-house.
Applicants must be able to start immediately, ideally for an immediate start, with a view to working on a temporary ongoing basis.

Salary/Additional Information:

The salary for this role will be £8.69 inclusive of holiday pay
