The Restaurant currently has 2AA Rosette for their cuisine.

As Chef De Partie you will assist the Head Chef in the cooking and preparation within the Restaurant.

You will also assist in the training and development of the junior members of the team.

You will be a Demi Chef De Partie who is looking for the next step up of a Chef De Partie who is looking to take the next step in your career.
