Junior Pastry Sous Chef required for this luxury hotel in Central London

This Luxury 5 Star Hotel is seeking a very talented Junior Pastry Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. You will be creating fine Modern European Cuisine using only fresh seasonal ingredients. You must have experience within a 4/5 Star environment.
As the Junior Pastry Sous Chef, you will have all knowledge of all aspects in patisserie and would be responsible for training any junior chefs under your wing. You will be working closely with the head pastry chef to create new dessert menus and implement them. An excellent salary of £23,000 - £24,000 per annum is available for the right Junior Pastry Sous Chef

Eligibility:
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
