My client is located in Canary Wharf and is seeking a chef de partie for their fine dining kitchen.

The client is looking for a fine dining chef de partie with a work history in Michelin restaurants and contract catering environment. The client is looking for a team player that can lead a team of chefs and has the passion and drive to be the best chef working within their professional fine dining kitchen environment. The chef de partie will be required to run all section kitchen. The main responsibilities of the chef de partie will be the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes on the menu along with assisting in the development of new dishes and menus when required. The chef de partie will have a work history with managing the kitchen or section.

The chef de partie will have the necessary qualifications required for a professional catering establishment. The position is Monday to Friday with standard working hours.

This position will require that you have excellent work references and are available immediately.
