Acer n50 based on Microsoft Windows Mobile includes word, excel spreadsheets, internet explorer, windows media player etc. It has touchscreen, 520MHz Processor,128 MB RAM, 64 MB ROM (+ 2GB SD Card), WLAN 812,11b, Bluetooth. It comes with a wireless GPS receiver (I have run TomTom but you can install different software as well).
