We are a West London Property Maintenance company currently undergoing expansion.

We provide a very high level of reactive maintenance service to professional Property Managers in London.

We are looking for 2 very bright graduates who are looking to get started on their career paths.

The roles are
1) Management Trainee. Very briefly this will involve learning the workflows involved in delivering our product, designing and implementing new systems to make the operational aspects as efficient as possible and developing organisational procedures for further growth.

2) Business Development Support

Again briefly this will involve research and identifying potential customers, designing business development strategies and support of our BDM.

You must have a good quality degree in either Accountancy, Management or Business Studies.

Fluent written and spoken English is imperative
Hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm with occasional flexibility as required.

Salary for each position will be £14000 per annum to commence but success will be rewarded with bonuses and increases based on merit..
