I am looking for small office space preferablly in the South London area but will consider other locations if easy transport links.

I will be looking to squeeze about 6 desks in the office and space is not too important. I dont mind a compact space but it does need to have some natural light and air supply.

I have a low budget and am willing to spend £300 - £350 per month inclusive of rates & VAT so please bear this in mind when making suggestions.

I will be paying around 3 months upfront.

Please email me with full price details about the space you have including, sizes (square feet). We do not rquire the space to be furnished but dont mind if it is. Also, if the space needs a little makeover we dont mind.

We'll be happy to make appoinments to view if it is within our budget and is what we're looking for.

Looking to secure somewhere asap with a view to move in first week of January.
