Job Title: Door to Door Sales Person
Location: Head Office Biggin Hill, Kent
Salary: Excellent pay package
£Basic + OTE (achievable commission)
Hours of work:
•You will be contracted to a 48 hour week including lunch
•You must be prepared to work within the hours of 10am until 8pm these are the key hours the customers are available.
•You will be working a 5 day week with one day off in the week and working Saturday 9am until 5.30pm / Sunday are optional
•You will be given a structured weekly route to achieve but you will need to at times work of your own innovative.
•You must be available to attend a Two weekly / Monthly sales meeting to update you off any changes to the Sky package and procedures and any other training required. Update you of your performance and the other sales staff. You must also be available for a sales meeting upon request.
Experience:
•Good Standard of Education
•Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
•(Knowledge and application of all Microsoft packages)
Personal Attributes:
The applicants must be self driven with an outgoing personality and have the ability to adjust to different environments and communicate confidently and clearly with customers from all walks of life to maximise sales and identify additional opportunities to cross sell the Custom product range.
Experience is preferred though not essential, as you must possess a very positive attitude towards driving, maintaining and exceeding set sales targets. Applicants must be able to learn quickly and adapt to selling new product offerings and acclimatize to the latest promotions.
Applicants must also be able to demonstrate the following expertise and attribute

•Flexible and adapt to the demands of door to door sales with varied hours

•Over coming customers objections to achieve a sale

•A desire to be the companies top sales person
Brief job description:
•Liaise with project managers to organise specific customers to target
•Knocking 150 doors daily with a 5% conversion rate
•Explaining packages to potential customers and maximise sales revenue
•Demonstrating benefit and saving of products and packages
•Calling through each sale to the office, allowing a cooling off period
•Adhering to all company procedures
•Excellent paperwork completion
•Available to work on events, venues and stands
•Adjusting to varied working day’s and hours
Kpi’s
•Signing up minimum 5 customers daily
•Distribution of leaflets for customers that are not in
•Volume of sales and volume of dropouts
•Up selling packages and products / cross selling
•Promoting excellent customer service
•Excellent paperwork completion
