We are an IT support company based in North and West London and we are shortly opening a new retail outlet catering for high end PC users and communication equipment.

We are looking for a pro-active IT technician to help run a hardware help desk in our support office. Your skills should include experience with Windows servers, networks as well as individual Windows desktops and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Linux and MCSC qualification would also be desirable..

You will be friendly and well spoken and some experience of customer support would be an advantage. You will be called upon to make location visits so a driving licence and your own vehicle is imperative.

The position needs to be filled URGENTLY.
