Hello I am a musician I need a 24hours workshop to fit in a small studio . The boss micro studio i buy with computer can be used by head ,soit does not give a voice outside ,

If the place has heating of wintertime it would be nice.


I am gonna work on demos and CD projects and need a place to keep save my tools and work anytime as i need.

I am a non smoker don't drink no fuckin' drugs and usually work alone on solo albums!
I am searching for a workshop from the middle of November for one year!
And I feel comfortable if we write an agreement in case!
