We are the leading specialist in providing weekend and flexible ski holidays. We’ve grown by more than 50% in the last two years and are looking for the right person to manage our hotel stock with our suppliers this season and going forwards.

The role

Use our back office system to control stock with our hoteliers ensuring the live website is 100% up-to-date.
Work with management to ensure bed –stocks meet demand and that sales are focused on available stock.
Accurately administer hotel reservations and passenger manifests.
Holiday sales – all out team pick up the phone if it rings, you won’t be first in line but you will be expected to take sales calls

The reward

Although initially a temporary position until April, make yourself indispensible to us and there’s every change we won’t let go of you. We’ll provide a good basic based on experience and a performance based bonus.

The ideal candidate ? – you might not tick all the boxes but 4 out of 6 would be a good start
• Previous travel industry experience UK or overseas?
• Spoken and Written French to a good standard – NOT OPTIONAL
• Proven attention to detail and obsessive accuracy
• Strong IT skills
• Previous sales experience
• A passion for the snow sports would be great

We are a specialist ski tour operator and have been selling ski holidays for over 20 years are based in the centre of Hertford with a small UK team, plus overseas winter staff. Our holidays go to France, Italy and Switzerland, travel is by coach or plane and guest mainly stay in hotels. All our packages are ready made and 100% live on-line and bookable at www.skiweekends.com , we also tailor make for groups over 10. All holidays are ABTA/ATOL bonded.
