We currently have a a position available for a senior groups reservations agent working with our two hostels. This is a temporary role for a three month period with the possibility of staying on at the end of the three months.

There are two properties with a total of 600 hostel beds. Software used is Back Pack Online and an online CRM. Experience with back pack online is highly favourable. You will need to have some experience with rate negotiation, however most rates are fixed.

You will be respossible for the smooth running of the groups department for both sites. You will need to be organised and have good communications skills to ensure all people involved are kept up top date with information on groups coming and going.
