Super Star Web Designer With Php, Mysql DataBase and Java Knowledge.

Hi Guys,

We are wanting to find a Super Star Web Designer with the following credentials:

Honest, Hard Working Web Designer With PHP, Mysql Data Base and Java Knowledge..

...WITH ALSO some internet marketing knowledge an advantage but not essential.

If you have the right attitude and credentials you will be part of a small but very elite team of highly experienced Internet Marketers!

Due to the highly sensitive material and work, 'The Super Star Web Designer' will have to sign a (Non Disclosure Agreement).

Gender can be Male or Female, Any Race or Religion as there will be no Judgment or Racism to work in this friendly casual environment.

If You Are A Highly Motivated Individual with some knowledge of the following;

* Creating Landing Pages, Websites - 3-5 pages, Shopping carts & Creating banner Ads.

* The Technical requirement will be for PHP, My SQL and Java Script, (includes HTML, CSS)

* To set up emails/auto-responders (aweber)

* To have the data go from our pages (server)
(name, email etc) and to aweber and then back
to the web site.

* The pages have to be ok in ALL the browsers,
IE - 5, 6, 7, 8, Firfox 2, 3, etc, etc.

* To have the clients details pre-pop the
shopping cart after they filled in their details
on the page before.

* To have all their data collected/stored in our
mysql data base.

* Ecommerce shopping cart that we have had
built from scratch. But we want the sku's
set up properly and data sent to our data base
which we use (sugar CRM). And also have the
cart communicate to the fulfillment house.

* Set up split testing using software that we have
so we can split test headlines/buttons/ and certain
components of our pages.
(we split test all the time and this is a big part of what
we do)

* Set up all the tracking so we can see the conversions
from landing page to sales page or what ever we
are trying and split testing.

* Putting pixels on the thank you page, code for
geo-targeting, simple stuff really.

* Also to create banners (photoshop) for media buys, loading banners up
onto our adserver, as well as doing email creatives. Which
will eventually go out to the CPA networks.

* The working environment that we have is very relaxed but
hard working and it does get stressful from time to time if we
have deadlines. My staff are hard working, honest, trusted and
reliable individuals.
