I am involved with a friendly language club which organises weekly french - english conversation exchange evenings , spanish-english and english conversation evenings twice per month. Also classes and social activities.( We also have classes and conversation evenings in other languages eg ,italian, german, russian). EuroClub is non–profit making and events are organised by individual members. It wil be of particular benefit to those coming to london who wish to improve their english and also to meet new people. Also to anyone who wishes to develop/improve their language skills. french-english every thursday . english conversation every 2 weeks on tuesdays. spanish-english every 2 weeks on Sundays . Also italian -english and german. There is a modest subscription for 6 mths membership to cover costs of producing our monthly bulletin etc.

Next event open to everyone- i.e french native speakers who wish to improve theire english and meet new people and those who want to improve or keep up their french-free of charge :

French -english conversation meeting this Thursday 18 September at Vino Latinos, 31-35 Langham St. W1 (10 mins walk from Oxford Circus tube -near junction Langham St and Great Titchfield street). It is a basement bar attached to the Langham Court Hotel. Just go down the outside steps and enter ! french 630pm -745pm english after 745pm .

This is a very pleasant bar with reasonable drink prices and food available. . Come along and meet new people and improve your language skills !
