is LARGE. It covers 2 buildings which were knocked into one. (Front and rear balconies and kitchen are also double).
The living-room has the same pale wood-laminate floor as when I arrived, it spreads into the hall as far the white wooden steps down to the kitchen.
KITCHEN-
at rear of property - is very long with ample room for a dining area at one end. 2 tall windows, 1 above sink, 1 in dining area.
REAR OUTSIDE SPACE***-
a flat roof outside kitchen windows with small wall across the front edge, serves as a rear balcony accessed via the dining area window.
Backing on to the rear of a mews row, it's not overlooked and gets the morning sun. Room for table + chairs and sunbathing
You can just see the trees in the back gardens and distant roof tops.
***2 outside areas give access to sun all day in heart of London without leaving home - LOVELY.
BATH / SHOWER ROOM-
is in centre of property. (Powerful shower over bath).
BEDROOM-
is a double room, presently holding a king-size bed with room to spare. It's at the rear of property, so very peaceful.

It has a floating cafe, floating art gallery, summer boat festivals.
THE GRAND UNION is a lovely way to get to PADDINGTON via PADDINGTON BASIN.
It also leads to a beautiful canal walk through REGENTS PARK ZOO to CAMDEN LOCK.
In Spring a BOAT-TRIP departs for CAMDEN LOCK literally 2 mins walk from my flat.
The canal runs to PORTOBELLO in the other direction -15 min walk.
BAYSWATER + QUEENSWAY are just over the canal bridge with every kind of shop, restaurant + entertainment inc. bowling alley. 'The Whitely Centre' also has everything inc. cinema
HYDE PARK just at the top of QUEENSWAY
KILBURN is a healthy walk away and full of bargains.
REGENTS PARK, ST.JOHNS WOOD, PRIMROSE HILL, LORDS CRICKET GROUND
+ CAMDEN - ALL within easy walking distance from my lovely residential road.
