Quality one bed furnished apartment wanted by professional lady
Hello,
I may be looking for the impossible but I'm looking for a 1 (or 2) bedroomed apartment to meet the following criteria. To be located in one of the "nicer" areas of London - central, west or NW3, would consider short term let for right property.
What I'm looking for:
- I bed furnished apartment
- Secure parking - permit parking OK if able to park close to property
- Seperate living room with quality furnishings
- Modern kitchen with washing machine (dishwasher a bonus!)
- Include bills and council tax
Must be within 10 minutes (safe) walk to one of these tube stations:
- Hampstead station NW3
- Belsize Park Station
- Finchley Road Station
- Swiss cottage station
- Highgate Station
- High Street Kensington, W8
- Holland Park, W11
- Knightsbridge, SW3
- Marble Arch, W1
- Notting Hill Gate, W11
- Pimlico
- Putney Bridge, SW6
- Regent's Park, W1
- Russell Square
- Sloane Square, SW1
- South Kensington, SW7
- West Acton
- Ealing Broadway
What I'm not looking for:
- Council estates.
- High-rise tower blocks.
- Cheaply furnished apartments
- Poor state of repair
- No parking available
- flat share with lots of people
A bit about me:
- In my mid 30's
- English
- Privately educated
- Polite and well spoken
- Full time professional who works in the city
- Clean and tidy
- Reliable
- No pets
- Friendly and approachable
- Property owner (not in London)
- Solvent
- Non smoker
- Straight
- Able to provide references
- Pretty normal - enjoy the odd glass of wine with friends, trips to the cinema/theatre, animals, holidays etc
I'm looking to pay up to a maximum of £1000 per month which must include all bills (or equivilant without bills)
