qualified Nz chef, city and guilds and advanced certificate in catering, 6 years working experience in large hotels, cafes, deli's and restaurants.

Currently working as a kitchen manager of a cafe/deli - in charge of four staff, meal planning, ordering, stock control, costing, training, outside catering, pastry/baking and all other general kitchen tasks.

Three years experience working in London at restaurants and cafes, two years left of current visa.
