Lovely airy and light room on the second floor of a roomy and comfortable house (4 bed, 2 bath with only 5 people sharing). Single person ONLY unfortunately, no couples sorry!
The room contains its own comfortable double bed, sink with mirror, and a massive amount of storage space with wardrobe, large chest of drawers, desk, chair.
The house itself has 2 lovely aussies and one kiwi girl and one Irish guy living there, and with two bathrooms to share between the house, you'll never have to wait for a shower! The house has a comfortable living room with sky tv/dvd player, huge kitchen with dining area, wireless internet, central heating, washing machine, dryer, dishwashing machine, fridge etc, all the usual sort of stuff you'd expect. There is also a leafy backyard with outdoor setting, great for the occasional sunny afternoon in London :)
As for transport, the house is near the District, Piccadilly Central and Hammersmith and City tube lines, and is right next to heaps of buses (272, 266, 207 and 607).
Rent is payable per month, on the start of the month. Bond is payable upfront, and is the standard equivalent of one month's rent.
Rent includes some bills, namely water, council tax and tv licence.
Other bills are - Sky paid monthly (about £9 each p/m), Electricity and gas (paid quarterly). This shouldnt be more then £30.00 p/m total.
