Our client based in the West London / Surrey area is currently looking to replace their current bursar by January.

This primary school are looking for applicants who can complement their highly skilled team to join them as their Bursar and Lettings Manager.

The successful applicant will be responsible for financial administration and reporting, lettings management, personnel and pay administration, line management of caretaker(s) and cleaners, contractors on site and overseeing building developments.

Experience of managing budgets will be a key requirement as you need to ensure expenditure of the school budget is managed within the current bugetary framework.

It is essential that applicants have excellent computer skills, particularly spreadsheets (Excel), and a basic understanding of accounting.

A knowledge of FMS and SIMS Personnel systems is desired but not essential for this role as training will be given as required.
