We are looking for members to join our friendly healthy living group, we are based in West London. We provide support in helping people to think about healther options in eating and non smoking. These groups runs for 1 hour on a Wednesday afternoon.

The Phoenix project is a Mental Health organisation which runs an alternative, Holistic support and information service in contrast to the statutory services with a Black and Minority Ethnic Community in West London (BME) focus though not exclusively so. We provide weekly Mentor/Buddy emotional support service and self-development through a unique combination of Mentoring, Befriending and Counselling Skills. The Phoenix project operates with a Christian ethos and is completely open and non-judgemental to all faiths and non-faiths.

The Healthy Living and Stop Smoking groups aim is to empower and encourage service users to have a real choice in developing healthier lifestyles both in terms of healthier eating patterns and cessation of smoking. The approach is one in which there is no dieting and no weighing only healthy eating patterns with a weekly treat.

So come along!
