Transpersonal Psychotherapy offers one a chance to work creatively alongside traditional 'talking therapy'.You may choose to work with drawings, sounds, visualisations, dreams, and other creative methods.
What I offer is a holistic way of working, acknowledging the connection between body, mind and spirit.

Psychotheraphy provides a space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings or issues in a contained, compassionate and confidental environment.

About me:
I have five years training with the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education in London and have worked as a therapist for a community based practice for 4 years. I also have Social Science degree.
I subscribe to the codes and ethics of the UK Council for Psychotherapy.
