We have one place available. Large room to share with another boys in a large twin-bedded room in a comfortable, super clean flat: kitchen, living/dinning bar area, bathroom and separate toilet.

All bills inclusive


Wi-fi internet.

Price: £90 per week per person. All bills included.

We are:

Straight, easy going, friendly mix professionals/ postgraduate students. We're like “FRIENDS” here and sometimes share dinner, have a glass of wine, watch a movie, enjoy a chat talk...very nice atmosphere!.


We're looking for:

Someone to be the same, quiet, respectful, trustworthy, clean and very organised boys with excellent references. Also, responsible enough to share the duties keeping the flat clean and tidy. Consideration for others is important, especially in the evenings when people are sleeping. No smoking policy in house please.

Terms:
Four weeks deposit plus 2 weeks rent in advance. There is a signed written agreement between us when you'll get a receipt for the deposit & the advance rent. The deposit is returned when you leave. Minimum stay six weeks then you can move out any time providing two weeks notice.
