In order to take the organisation to the next level in their growth strategy we are now seeking an in-house Corporate Finance Specialist with a real estate background. This is a stand-alone role reporting directly to the Managing Director, hence, the incumbent must be self-sufficient with the resilience to enjoy a hands-on role where they are involved in significant technical content. The Specialist will be an integral part of the Business Development and full life cycle of Mergers & Acquisitions, supporting planning permission development and profitability through M&A to maximise shareholder value. Applications are ideally invited from The City background or a UK Tier 1 Private Equity firm. You will have exposure to the most influential investors in the Gulf Area within the property development sector. We are looking for a dynamic experienced individual who will be able to work in a team and encompass strong financial, analytical and valuation skills in order to negotiate raising capital aspects with the leading banks.
