Year one OTE £35k, Year Two OTE £35k - £50k, Year three dependent on position in excess of £55k
For this post we consider your ability to handle people, be enthusiastic, a team player and follow instruction more important than academic qualification or what you’ve done before, although you must be able to prove your skills and that you’re quick to learn.
The job requires that you’ll work until 7pm daily and later once a week. During your probation period you'll also work every saturday, hard work is required but in return Morgan Randall give a lot back. We wish to offer careers not jobs. Morgan Randall isn’t an average Estate Agents so you shouldn’t expect an average job.

Experience and skills:
• Excellent communication skills
• Full U.K manual driving license
• Computer literate
• A track record of negotiating and listening
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
Previous experience of the property industry and/or sales positions are desirable although we select on the above criteria and not solely experience of the property industry.
