Key Requirements & Skills:

• MUST BE capable technically of designing / defining changes to the product (i.e. object oriented design / java) and of expressing this to others
• Capable of leading a team of 2-3 programmers.
• Client-facing skills, able to be working on-site if required.
• Based in client's London office and potentially user sites in London, although foreign travel would be advantageous.
• Travel to Rickmansworth will be required some days, although this will be relatively minor except during the initial training period.
• Good written communication and presentation skills
• The desire to work hard and be ambitious
