Strong sous chef required full time or part time for busy gastro pub. We are looking for someone confident enough to run shifts. All our dishes are created from fresh seasonal produce. We don’t buy in pre packaged rubbish and call ourselves a gastro pub. We would expect someone familiar with pubs like the eagle, the lord Stanley, St. Johns, The Landsdowne, The duke of Cambridge etc.
The right candidate will be a highly motivated and passionate individual with an excellent eye for detail. You will work well as part of a team and have a strong ability to maintain excellent standards within a pressurized environment.
We are looking for someone calm and collected, angry shouty chefs need not apply.
Fluent English would be a big plus.
