We are currently seeking full time reservations agent with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
The job consists of handling hotel bookings (data entry) and Customer Care (phone calls).

A fluent English and good communication skills are a must along with an outgoing personality.
Good knowledge of Word & Excel is essential.

Position available:

Two full time reservation agents: £14.000 - 5 days a week - 3 shifts spread out between 7 am and 10 pm
(weekend shift: 8 am to 5 pm - on rotation basis)
(shift hours might slightly change)
Full training will be provided, however hotel experience (reservations) is a must.
