Hi, I'm a young professional, 24 years old and am looking for a house or flatshare in zones 1-2 (in/around any of Angel, Marylebone or Marble Arch). I can afford £700pcm including bills.

I'm friendly, considerate and tidy as a housemate, qualities I would like to find in my fellow housemates! I'm easy to get along with, and enjoy a good laugh, and am keen to move in somewhere that's a home, not just a place to crash.

I am happy to share with 2 or 3 girls or guys ages 22-30 (ish!), and I'm looking for the place to be furnished.

I have no pets and am a non-smoker, my interestes include film, music, cookery, travel and heading out to the pub or going dancing!
